Brand new replacement GY6 engine fits many Chinese scooters. Many times repairing an engine is so time consuming that replacing it with a brand new unit is a feasible option.
This "standard length" engine is USUALLY put in scooters with 10-11 inch diameter wheel rims.
The long engine is usually for scooters with 12 inch wheels and up.
Some scooters use a different external spline count on the rear axle than what comes with this engine, so you may need to install your existing rear axle in this engine.
