Valid for domestic orders shipped via UPS or FedEx only. Some exceptions apply for engines and other large items.

Please allow 4-10 working days (depending on how far you are from Chicago) for UPS, FedEx Ground, or Parcel Post to deliver your order. For best service and most prompt delivery, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Postal delivery carries no guarantee and no accurate tracking method.
Rates: All shipping will be billed at the actual prevailing published standard shipping rates plus 10% for handling and materials. COD orders will require an additional $7.00 as charged by the carrier. Oversize and heavy items may be subject to higher rates.
Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery orders will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day if the order is received and completed by 2:00 PM Central Time.
No delivery hour guaranteed by any of the shippers.
International orders shipped via most reasonable method possible and always quoted to customer.
Return Policy:
PLEASE READ BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE!
We now have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system which will streamline the returns process and make it more accurate.
Here's how it works:
1. Call or email your Scooterworks rep, and describe what you are returning and the reason for the return. He/she will provide you with a unique RMA number.
2. Package up the merchandise and write your RMA# legibly on the side of the box with a marker.
3. Ship the box to us. When the merchandise arrives it will be processed by our receiving department in the manner discussed by you and the rep (refund, exchange, etc.).
The rules:
- ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX! We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
- All returns must be sent prepaid via parcel post or UPS ground service. Send to Scooterworks USA Returns, 2700 West Grand Ave, Chicago IL 60612.
- Returned items should be packed well. Be sure to insure the package with the post office or UPS.
- If you need a replacement item right away, we will charge you for the item, but we will credit you upon receiving and processing the returned item.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, unless the return is the result of our error.
- No returns over 30 days from the invoice date will be accepted.
- Scooterworks USA Inc. reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or return shipping.
- We cannot accept returns for merchandise damaged in shipping en route to the customer. If you receive damaged freight from us, save all packaging materials and call us so we can begin the claim process. If and when we are reimbursed for damaged goods, we will refund or replace them to you.
- Special orders, electrical parts, tools, and manuals are NOT refundable.
