Mixed results.
Mixed bag on this item. Love the way it's lit and having engine temp handy. Wiring for power on a 12v A/C setup was no problem at all (just hooked up to lighting and ground as part of the regular headlight setup).

Running the heat sensor thermocouple takes time and effort (pulling gas tank and and removing the headseat to get easier access) but is to be expected. Connections all worked fine.

One fault with the unit, however, is that it is considerably taller than the original speedo, *and* there's wiring coming directly off the bottom beside the speedo cable which takes up even more room. On my late model Super 150 (trapezoid headset) it ended up bottoming out so it doesn't fit nearly as flush as it should do.

Function is good: Great to have RPM and Cylinder Head Temp. available at all times. Would have preferred a bicycle type affair for speed with a magnet and pickup rather than the flaky original speedo cable.

Overall, an 80%.
