Shipping Guidelines

Want to get it by Christmas? Here's what you need to know:

All orders received by 2pm CST on December 15th that are shipped via UPS ground will arrive by December 24th. Orders placed after that may not make it in time for the Christmas Holiday, depending on where you live, unless you choose an expedited option (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air).

The latest time you can place an order to ship out before the holidays is 2:00pm CST on Thursday, December 21st. We will be closed from December 22nd to January 1st. No shipments will be made during that time. Any order placed after 2:00pm CST on December 21st will ship out on January 2nd, 2018.

UPS will be following their normal delivery schedule until December 25th. There will be no deliveries made on Christmas.

Please note, USPS and free shipping carry no delivery date guarantees.


General Information

If you place your order by 2 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, Scooterworks will ship all in-stock merchandise THE SAME DAY.  Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will ship the next business day.

After your order ships, the time it takes to arrive depends on the shipping method selected as well as the destination. Please allow 4-10 business days for UPS Ground or USPS to deliver your order. For the best service and most prompt delivery, we recommend UPS. Postal delivery carries no guarantee and no accurate tracking method.

All shipping will be billed at the actual prevailing published standard shipping rates plus 10% for handling and materials. Oversize and heavy items may be subject to higher rates.

No delivery hour is guaranteed by any of the shippers.


Free Shipping!

All internet orders over $100 qualify for Free ground shipping!  This offer applies to items shipped to the 48 Contiguous United States. It excludes shipments of oversized windscreens, cowl protectors, engines and sidecars.  Scooterworks USA reserves the right to determine the manner in which the order will be shipped.  Offer applies to in stock items only.


International Shipments

Scooterworks USA ships product to many parts of the world and will assist its customers in determining the most efficient and economical shipping method possible.  All international duties, tariffs, taxes and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  This includes any customs clearance fees and destination tariffs.  Payments for international orders must be made via PayPal or bank wire transfer.  Credit cards will not be accepted on international orders.  Scooterworks USA reserves the right to refuse international shipments at our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.


Back Orders

In the event that an item is not in stock, a back order will be created and remain open until inventory is received in our warehouse.* Once the back ordered item arrives, the order will be shipped. Standard shipping rates will apply.  It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Scooterworks USA of any change of address or change in payment method.  Back orders are not allowed on international orders.

*Back orders older than 90 days will automatically be cancelled.
