Standard roller weights develop flat spots over time, leading to sluggish acceleration and inconsistent CVT behavior. Dr. Pulley 15x12mm Sliding Weights use a patented wedge-shaped design that slides up and down the variator ramps instead of rolling — eliminating flat-spotting, broadening your effective gear ratio, and improving throttle response in and out of corners. Made from a self-lubricating low-friction polymer. Set of 6. Available in 3.0g–10.0g in 0.5g increments — select your weight above.

Weight Selection Guide

• Lighter (3g–5g): Quicker acceleration and better low-end response — best for stop-and-go, heavier riders, or stock setups. Sweet spot for most 50cc Minarelli: 4.5g–6.0g.
• Heavier (6.5g–10g): Lower cruising RPM and higher top-end speed — best for lighter riders or open-road builds.
• Installation Note: Orientation matters — install with the Dr. Pulley logo and stepped edge positioned per the included diagram.
