Description
This NCY Star Vented Clutch Bell is a lightweight, Teflon-coated performance clutch bell for GY6 125cc to 170cc scooters (based on the Honda GY6 design) and the Honda Navi 110. The star-cut design and black PTFE (Teflon) coating keep weight down for less rotating mass and quicker acceleration, while cut channel grooves on the inner friction surface give the clutch shoes more bite and push dust and dirt outward.

- Teflon (PTFE) coating: The black PTFE coating keeps dust and debris from sticking to the outside of the bell, so it stays clean and light. Less rotating mass means faster, harder acceleration.
- Lightweight star design: The star-cut openings remove material to lower the bell's weight for improved acceleration, and let air flow through the clutch to help it run cooler.
- Cut channel grooves: Grooves cut into the inner friction surface enhance clutch shoe bite and channel dust and dirt outward, so the shoes keep a clean surface to grip.
- Sandblasted friction surface: Textured inside surface for firm clutch shoe engagement.
- 19-spline hub: Bolts onto GY6 125-170cc and Honda Navi 110 driveshafts.

Usage Tips
- For the best performance, pair this bell with the NCY N-20 Performance CVT Clutch (1200-1290). Its oversized shoes and high-friction lining are made to run with a vented bell like this one.
- Replacing the bell and clutch together gives you fresh friction surfaces on both sides.
- Apply blue thread locker to the clutch bell nut and torque it to factory spec.
