Compatibility
The 3.50-8 size is one of the most iconic footprints in small-frame European and Asian scooter history. A direct drop-in for the following classic applications:
| Brand | Compatible Models |
|---|---|
| Vespa (Piaggio) | Vespa 90, 125 (VNA/VNB), 150 (VBA/VBB), Super 125 (VNC), Super 150 (VBC), Douglas, and various vintage Smallframe/Largeframe models on stock 8" rims |
| Lambretta | Li Series 1/2/3 (125/150), TV Series, LD 125/150, and early Innocenti models with 8" rim spec |
| Bajaj | Classic 150, Chetar 150 (early 8" wheel variants) |
| Heinkel & Zündapp | Select European micro-scooters and vintage models using standard 3.50x8 pneumatic configurations |
Tube-Type Notice: This is a Tube-Type (TT) tire — it requires a matching 8-inch inner tube for proper installation and inflation. Inspect your split-rim halves for rust or sharp edges before mounting to prevent cutting the inner tube.
Installation Tip
When mounting onto a classic Vespa or Lambretta split-rim, bolt the two rim halves together before fully inflating the inner tube. Put just enough air in the tube to give it a round shape, dust lightly with baby powder, and carefully sandwich it between the rim halves. Confirm the tube is fully tucked inside and not pinched between the metal mating faces before torquing the split-rim nuts to factory spec.
