Blue Line 52.4mm GY6 125cc Piston - 152QMI Scooters

This Blue Line GY6 125cc Piston is a standard-bore replacement piston for Chinese GY6 125cc (152QMI) 4-stroke scooters, the platform based on Honda's original GY6 design. It restores compression and power when your old piston is scored, cracked, or worn from high mileage, and it's a key part of any GY6 125 top-end rebuild.

Piston rings, wrist pin, and circlips are sold separately.

Compatibility

Check the engine code stamped on your engine case before ordering. Engines marked 152QMI may use this piston, but measure your cylinder bore to confirm it's the standard 52.4mm. This piston does not fit GY6 150cc (157QMJ) engines, which use a 57.4mm bore.

Installation Notes

Install with the "IN" mark toward the intake side and the arrow pointing toward the exhaust. Always fit new rings and circlips, and check the cylinder for scoring or wear before reassembly.
