Bando 835-20-30 Premium CVT Drive Belt - Long Case GY6
Description
Replace the CVT drive belt on your long-case GY6 scooter with this Bando 835-20-30 premium VS belt. Black rubber construction with high-tensile reinforcement cords. Made in Japan by Bando, an OEM supplier for over 60 years. SKU: 106-99.
Note: If your vehicle uses a 10-inch rear wheel, your CVT requires a shorter belt (typically 743-20-30). Verify your case size before ordering.
Installation tip: When replacing a CVT belt, inspect variator roller weights and clutch pulleys. Clean belt dust from the housing with brake cleaner. Compress the rear clutch pulley sheave by hand to create slack — never use a pry bar to force the belt over the pulleys.
