NCY EGR/PCV Block-Off Plate – GY6 125/150/169cc

NCY’s billet electroplated EGR/PCV block-off plate is used when removing the EGR, PCV, or secondary air injection system from GY6 engines. Most GY6 scooters have sub-par PCV systems that cause vacuum leaks and poor performance — this plate eliminates those issues with a clean, machined aluminum block-off. Mounts using existing hardware. No additional fasteners required.

Note: When installing this plate, it is highly recommended to also install a case vent (breather) tube. You will also need to reroute your carburetor vacuum lines when removing the PCV system.

This product is intended for off-road use only. This product is not intended for use on public roads or land.
