Maximize the volumetric efficiency of your intake, ensuring better cylinder filling with the NCY 30mm Coated Intake Manifold. Standard rubber and cast manifolds often feature rough internal surfaces that create power-robbing turbulence. NCY solves this with a PTFE (Teflon) internal coating and a mirror-smooth bore, allowing a higher volume of air and fuel to reach your cylinder with zero resistance.

The Performance Advantage

• Teflon (PTFE) Coated Bore: The specialized coating provides an ultra-low friction surface, significantly reducing airflow turbulence compared to stock cast-iron or rubber intakes.
• Increased 30mm Diameter: Engineered specifically to support larger carburetors. Installing a 28mm or 30mm carb on a stock manifold creates a "lip" that kills velocity; this manifold provides a seamless transition.
• Vacuum Ports: Features a dedicated vacuum port, making it a "plug-and-play" replacement for modern street-legal GY6 engines.
• Heat Dissipation: The high-grade cast aluminum construction sheds heat faster than plastic or rubber, keeping your intake charge cooler and denser for better combustion.

This manifold is designed for 125cc to 232cc GY6 (157QMJ/152QMI) engines and is a required upgrade for larger carburetors:

Pro-Tuning Tip: If your engine does not utilize a vacuum port, you can still use this high-flow manifold by simply capping the port with a rubber vacuum cap. For the ultimate "Stage 3" setup, pair this with the NCY 30mm CVK Carburetor (SKU 1300-1013).
