Description

This RDR 30mm CVK Carburetor Intake Boot is a replacement rubber coupler that connects a CVK-style carburetor up to 30mm to an intake manifold with a two-bolt, 60mm-spaced flange. If your old boot is cracked, hardened or leaking air (think hard starting, a high idle or a lean surge), a fresh boot seals things back up.

Installation Notes

  • Measure your manifold's bolt spacing and your carb's outlet before ordering.
  • Tighten the flange bolts evenly, then snug the clamp on the carb. Don't overtighten it.
  • After installing, spray a little carb cleaner around the boot while idling. If the idle changes, there's still an air leak.
