Tech Tip: "Thin Type" locks are common on 70s models. Before ordering, verify the thickness of your steering lock. This lock measures 4mm at the thickest point of the locking tab. If your Vespa was manufactured after 1984 or has been upgraded to a newer steering column, you may require the "Thick Type" set.

Installation Note: To remove your old steering lock, the front fork assembly may need to be lowered or removed. We recommend performing this service during a front-end overhaul.
