Polini 360° Adjustable Intake Manifold - Minarelli 50cc
Description
This Polini 360° adjustable intake manifold gives your Minarelli 50cc two-stroke performance build the clearance it needs for a larger carburetor. Rotate the black rubber connector to position your carburetor around the frame, rear shock, and bodywork, then secure your chosen angle with the included clamp. The metal mounting base and four mounting bolts complete the kit.

Carburetor connection: The 36mm dimension describes the carburetor mounting connection, not its venturi size. Use a carburetor with a matching 36mm spigot. Stock carburetors and small-body Dell'Orto or Arreche clamp-on units require an appropriate step-down adapter.
Installation Tips
Check carburetor, air-filter, and throttle-cable clearance throughout the full rear-suspension travel before securing the final position. Confirm clearance with the rear shock fully compressed. Tighten the base bolts evenly to avoid vacuum leaks at the reed-block gasket.
