Installation & Tuning

Pair with compatible Dr. Pulley Sliding Roller Weights to tune acceleration and shifting. Hold the ramp plate firmly from behind during installation so the guides stay in position. Keep the drive belt slack and clear of the clamping surfaces while tightening the variator nut; a pinched belt can prevent proper seating and allow the nut to loosen. Follow your vehicle’s service manual for the correct holding tool and tightening torque.
