Description
This CSC Complete Variator Kit is a full front-pulley replacement for the CSC go. and other scooters with GY6 139QMB / 139QMA 50cc engines. It replaces a worn variator, grooved drive face, or flat-spotted rollers in one package, which fixes sluggish acceleration, belt slip, and vibration and restores smooth CVT performance. It's equivalent to part 151-219.

139QMB engines are based on Honda's GY6 design and are used by many Chinese 50cc scooter brands. Check the engine code on your engine case, and compare your variator size and spline counts with this kit before ordering.
Installation Notes
Install the rollers with their closed side facing the direction of rotation. Clean the crankshaft splines, keep the belt faces free of grease, and torque the variator nut to spec.
