This Blue Line variator kit restores smooth acceleration and consistent CVT shifting on compatible GY6 125–170cc scooters. Refresh worn pulley surfaces and flat-spotted rollers together, so pulling away from a stop and settling into your ride feels smooth again. This OEM-specification aftermarket replacement includes the movable variator pulley, finned outer drive face, ramp plate, slide guides, drive boss and six roller weights.
