Malossi Multivar Variator - Ruckus & Metropolitan
Description
This Malossi Multivar performance variator sharpens acceleration and smooths CVT response on your Honda Ruckus, 2002–2009 Metropolitan, and other compatible applications below. Its precision roller ramps help keep the engine in its powerband, making launches more responsive and improving the transition through the rev range. The kit includes the variator, ramp plate, drive boss, six rollers, three sliders, and spacer components.
This product is intended for off-road use only. This product is not intended for use on public roads or land.

Not compatible with newer fuel-injected Honda Metropolitan NCH50 models (2013 onward) or small-spline AF18 / AF05E vintage two-stroke engines. For the SYM and KYMCO applications above, match the engine architecture and crankshaft dimensions before ordering.
The included 7g rollers are a tuning starting point. Modified intake, exhaust or ignition setups may benefit from different roller weights to match the engine's powerband. Use a dedicated variator holding tool and the vehicle manufacturer's torque specification when tightening the variator nut; avoid uncontrolled impact-wrench tightening.
