Description
The NCY ball-bearing secondary spring seat eliminates CVT spring twist and binding on GY6 125/150/170cc engines. In a stock setup, the torque spring must twist as it compresses, creating internal friction that slows downshifts and reduces belt life. This NCY upgrade uses an integrated ball-bearing assembly that allows the spring to rotate freely during compression and decompression, resulting in faster, more consistent CVT response. Zinc-plated steel construction. Includes bearing seat ring and loose ball bearings. Made in Taiwan. SKU: 1200-1030.
