Activation Instructions

1. Place battery on a level surface outside the vehicle.
2. Remove the electrolyte container from the storage bag and remove the strip of caps — set aside for sealing later. Do not pierce or open the foil seals.
3. Invert the container over the cell filler ports and push down firmly to break the foil seals. Hold level and allow electrolyte to flow until the container is empty.
4. If flow stops, tap the container or battery case gently. Do not remove the container until completely empty.
5. Remove the empty container and firmly press the strip of sealing caps flush into the filler ports by hand — do not use a hammer. Never remove caps or add water/electrolyte during service life.
6. For batteries under 18AH, allow to stand 20–60 minutes before charging or installing.

Always wear gloves and eye protection when handling battery acid. Do not smoke during activation.
