Description

This Genuine Gearbox Oil Seal is the original OEM 17x35x7mm TC-type seal for the gearbox (final drive) on Genuine 50cc 2-stroke scooters, including the Buddy 50, Black Cat 50, Rattler 50, and Roughhouse 50. It keeps gear oil in the transmission and dirt out. Replace it if you see gear oil leaking around the rear wheel or in the CVT area, or whenever you rebuild the gearbox.

Installation Notes

Install the seal with the spring side facing the oil. Lightly oil the lip, press it in squarely with a seal driver or socket, and refill the gearbox with fresh gear oil.
