This RDLN 63mm Piston Ring Set is the replacement ring set for the RDLN 63mm GY6 180cc big bore kit (1100-1438). If your big bore is losing compression, burning oil or due for a refresh, a new set of rings lets you rebuild the top end without buying a whole new kit.

These rings are for the 63mm big bore piston only. They will not fit a stock 57.4mm GY6 150 piston.

Installation Notes

  • Check the ring end gap in the cylinder before installing.
  • Install the oil ring expander first, then the two rails, then the compression rings with the marked side facing up.
  • Stagger the ring gaps around the piston so they don't line up.
  • Hone the cylinder lightly if reusing it, and break the rings in gently.
