Polini Maxi Hi-Speed Variator Kit - Vespa GTS/GTV/GP300S

This Polini Maxi Hi-Speed 9-roller variator kit is designed to give compatible Vespa and Royal Alloy scooters stronger acceleration, smoother takeoffs and greater top-speed potential. Nine rollers distribute thrust more evenly than a common six-roller setup, helping reduce shudder on takeoff. Two integrated O-rings lubricate the sliding liner to help reduce friction, while the larger pulley and included 9.2 g rollers let you tune shift behavior to your engine and transmission.

For Royal Alloy GP300S installation, retain the original shim/spacer between the drive boss and fixed pulley cheek. Follow the Polini technical schematic to maintain belt alignment and crankshaft spacing. Before ordering, confirm your model and engine family, and check that the original variator has a 22-spline interface and 17 mm bore.
