Measure around the widest part of your head, just above the ears and about a half inch above the eyebrows. Repeat the measurement for accuracy and check the helmet's fit before riding. Use the Prima Shield size chart as a starting point; do not automatically size up if that leaves the helmet loose.

Size Chart
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the head. This will be just above the ears and about a half inch above the eyebrows for most people. Then take the measurement at the forehead. Measure it a couple times to get the most accurate measurement.
