Installation: Remove the legshield cover to access the factory frame tabs, then drill the two indexed holes on the backside of the cover as required for mounting. 

Secure cargo with suitable straps or bungees and keep it clear of steering, lighting, and suspension movement. Follow the rack and scooter's applicable load limits. Cargo bags and securing straps are sold separately.
