Description
TFC (Taiwan Factory Champion) forged aluminum CVT clutch pulley sheave assembly for GY6 150cc to 232cc engines. Replaces heavy stock pulleys with CNC-machined forged aluminum to reduce rotational mass, improve heat dissipation, and sharpen throttle response. Features adjustable dual-slot tuning (linear vs. curved) for race launch or smooth top-speed transition. Gold anodized finish. Made in Taiwan.

Tuning tip: Use the Linear slots for hard acceleration and immediate take-off, or the Curved slots for a more consistent cruising RPM. Use a clutch holding tool when torquing the included M28 stainless nut to prevent CVT damage.
