Description
This NCY Super Transmission Kit is a complete CVT upgrade for the Honda Ruckus and 2002-2009 Metropolitan with the stock, carbureted Honda GET 50cc engine. It's made to install easily, add more power and give you a better ride, and it's built to last longer than stock parts.
Everything you need to rebuild the transmission comes in one box: variator, NCY's popular lightweight outer drive face, 107mm clutch and bell, adjustable torque drive, torque spring, variator sliders, and a roller weight tuning kit with three different weights.

- Lightweight outer drive face: Includes the same NCY lightweight outer drive face that Ruckus riders buy on its own as one of the most popular pulley upgrades. Less rotating weight on the front pulley helps the engine spin up faster.
- Performance variator: NCY variator paired with the drive face for a matched front pulley setup.
- 107mm clutch and bell: Three-shoe clutch with red springs and a matching vented clutch bell.
- Adjustable torque drive: Replaces the stock rear torque driver and comes with bearings and nut installed.
- 1000 RPM torque spring: Performance torque spring for the rear pulley.
- Variator sliders: Three new sliders for the variator, so the front pulley goes back together fresh.
- Roller weight tuning kit: Three sets of 16x13mm rollers in three different weights, so you can dial in the CVT for quicker takeoff or more top speed.

Roller Weight Tuning Guide
Roller weight is the easiest way to change how your scooter feels. The three roller sets in this kit let you tune for how and where you ride:
- Lighter rollers: Faster acceleration and better uphill pull. The engine revs higher, which is great for stop-and-go riding, hills or heavier riders.
- Middle rollers: A balanced setup with good takeoff and improved top-end speed. This is a great starting point for most riders.
- Heavier rollers: Maximum top-end speed and lower cruising RPM, with softer acceleration. Best for flat roads, lighter riders or open-road riding.

Made only for stock, non-fuel-injected engines. Not for the 2013 and newer Metropolitan (NCH50) or fuel-injected models.
Installation Notes
- Reuse your stock variator ramp plate.
- Start with the middle roller set, then swap to lighter or heavier sets to dial in takeoff and top speed.
