Description

This Dr. Pulley Performance Variator Kit is a complete front pulley upgrade for the Polaris RZR 170 youth UTV. It replaces the stock variator for stronger top-end speed and smoother, more consistent power delivery, and it comes with everything you need for the swap except the roller weights.

Installation Notes

  • Roller weights are not included. You'll need a set of 18x14mm weights.
  • Lighter weights give faster acceleration and better hill pull. Heavier weights give more top speed and lower cruising RPM.
  • Use a variator holding tool and torque the nut to factory spec.
