47" Throttle Cable (M10 Adjuster) - Coleman CT100U & CC100X
Description
Restore smooth and responsive acceleration to your mini bike with the Universal Parts 47-Inch Throttle Cable. Designed as a direct replacement for the 100cc Coleman series, this heavy-duty cable eliminates the "sticky" throttle feel caused by frayed or corroded stock cables. It features a low-friction internal lining and a durable vinyl housing to ensure consistent performance during trail riding or backyard laps.
Engineered for longevity, this cable includes an integrated M10 threaded adjuster at the throttle housing end, allowing you to fine-tune your cable tension for a perfect, play-free throttle response.
Key Features:
- Direct Fitment: OEM-spec dimensions for easy "bolt-on" installation without modification.
- Galvanized Steel Core: Resists stretching and corrosion for reliable pull-strength.
- Precision Adjuster: Features an M10x1.25 threaded end with a locking nut for custom tensioning.
- Smooth-Operation Lining: Pre-lubricated internal sleeve reduces friction for a light, effortless throttle feel.
Detailed Model Fitment:
This cable is primarily designed for the following Coleman 98cc / 100cc mini bikes:
- Coleman CT100U: Trail 100 Mini Bike
- Coleman CC100X: Camo / Performance Mini Bike
- Mega Moto / Monster Moto: Fits many 80cc and 105cc mini bikes using standard twist throttles.
- Universal Compatibility: May fit other small engine platforms (Go-Karts, Pit Bikes) that require a 51" overall length with a straight core end.
Technical Specifications:
- Sleeve (Housing) Length: 47 Inches (1193mm)
- Overall (Core) Length: 51 Inches (1295mm)
- Threaded End: M10 x 1.25
- Cable End Style: Barrel end (Throttle side) / Straight core (Carburetor side)
Tech Tip: When routing your new throttle cable, avoid sharp bends or tight zip-ties. The cable should follow a natural curve along the frame to the carburetor. Before tightening the engine-side clamp, turn your handlebars fully left and right to ensure the cable doesn't pull tight or increase engine RPMs during turns.
