Description
The NCY Super Transmission Set is a complete CVT performance kit for Yamaha Zuma 50 2T (2002–2011 bugeye), Yamaha Jog 50, and E-TON Beamer 50 2-stroke scooters running horizontal Minarelli engines.
Replaces all major CVT components with matched NCY racing parts for improved acceleration, reduced bog, and a higher top-end ceiling. Three sets of 15x12 roller weights (5g, 6g, 7g) allow precise CVT tuning for your riding style and engine build. SKU: 1200-1197.

Tuning tip: Use light Molybdenum (Moly) grease only on clutch sheave slider pins. Keep belt surface and variator ramps clean and dry. Pair with a quality drive belt for best results.
