The TFC Performance Variator Set is a premium, race-grade transmission upgrade for 125cc to 170cc GY6 engines. Engineered in Taiwan, this kit replaces your heavy stock front pulley with a lightweight, forged aluminum assembly designed to reduce rotational mass and significantly improve throttle response.

The variator features a specialized Teflon coating to minimize roller friction and heat, while the CNC-machined grooved sidewalls increase airflow to keep your CVT belt running cooler for longer. This kit is "tuner-ready," including three different sets of roller weights so you can perfectly balance your scooter for off-the-line torque or maximum top-end speed.

Tech Tip: For the best results, start with the 11g "middle" weights. If you want more hill-climbing power, switch to the 10g rollers. If you want lower cruising RPMs and more top speed, use the 12g rollers. Always use a calibrated torque wrench for the 14mm variator nut.
