NCY 200mm Floating Disc Brake Rotor - 3-Bolt, 70mm

NCY 200mm floating disc brake rotor for scooters with a 3-bolt mounting pattern and 70mm bolt hole spacing. The floating design uses a separate aluminum center hub that expands and contracts independently from the rotor ring, making it more tolerant of high braking temperatures and reducing warping compared to a fixed rotor. Made in Taiwan, ISO 9001 certified.

Additional modifications required: The Honda Ruckus, Dio, and Metropolitan come with drum brakes from the factory and require a complete disc brake conversion — including forks, caliper, caliper bracket, and brake line/master cylinder — before this rotor can be installed. For scooters such as the Maddog that already have a smaller disc brake rotor, a caliper spacing bracket is required to move the caliper outward to accommodate this larger 200mm diameter rotor.
