RDLN 63mm 180cc Big Bore Kit - GY6 125cc & 150cc
Description
This RDLN 63mm 180cc Big Bore Kit takes a GY6 125cc or 150cc engine (based on the Honda GY6 design) up to 180cc for more low-end torque and stronger hill-climbing power. It's a complete top end in one box, a popular upgrade for scooters, go-karts, buggies and small utility vehicles running a GY6.
Case boring required: The cylinder sleeve measures 64.9mm on the outside, so your engine case will likely need to be bored out to fit it. Forcing the cylinder in without boring will damage it. Use our Engine Case Boring Tool (202-37) for the job.

Case boring is required on all applications. Check the engine code stamped on your engine case to confirm fit.
Installation Notes
- Bore the engine case to fit the 64.9mm sleeve before installing.
- A bigger engine needs more fuel. Re-jet your stock carburetor or upgrade to a larger performance carb.
- A performance camshaft pairs well with this kit to make the most of the extra displacement.
- Break the engine in gently for the first few hundred miles.
