CRITICAL MODEL EXCLUSION: This kit is engineered exclusively for Kymco 2-Stroke engine configurations. It WILL NOT fit Kymco 4-stroke models (such as the Agility 50, Like 50 4T, or People 50 4T) due to completely different crankshaft splines and variator face angles.

Tuning Note: The included 9.0g roller weights are calibrated as an excellent baseline for stock or lightly modified sport exhausts. If you have installed a high-RPM racing expansion chamber pipe, you may need to mix in lighter roller weights to align the CVT with your new, higher peak powerband.

Installation Tip: Never reuse a worn or cracked drive belt when installing a performance variator. Clean the crankshaft splines completely free of old belt dust before assembly, and never use an impact wrench to torque the variator face nut without a dedicated holding tool.
