Size Check: This kit uses a 20mm x 15mm profile. It will NOT fit stock GY6 variators, which typically require 18x14mm weights. Always confirm your variator pocket dimensions before ordering.
Mechanic's Tip
Wipe down the inner variator ramps with brake cleaner to remove all belt dust before installing new rollers. Never add grease to a dry-roll variator — it traps debris and causes flat spots.
