Description
The NCY PTFE-coated variator is a lightweight performance variator for GY6 152QMI/157QMJ 125cc, 150cc, and 169cc engines. The gold anodized aluminum drive face features PTFE-coated roller tracks that prevent debris accumulation and flat-spotting on roller weights, extending roller life and maintaining smooth, consistent CVT shifts. Includes the variator drive face and sliding sheave with rubber sliders. 115mm outer diameter, 17mm inner bore. Made in Taiwan by NCY (ISO 9001). SKU: 1200-1041.
