RDLN Oil Pump Eliminator Plug - Honda Dio & Elite
Description
A failed oil injection pump is one of the fastest ways to lose a two-stroke engine, and on an aging Honda Dio or Elite the pump is usually the weakest link left in the system. This RDLN oil pump eliminator plug lets you delete the pump entirely and seal the case opening with a machined aluminum block-off, so you can switch to pre-mix fuel and stop worrying about whether the pump is still delivering oil. It is a common first step on any Dio or Elite build, and it cleans up the engine bay at the same time.

Important: Pre-Mix Required
Once the oil pump is removed and this plug is installed, the engine no longer receives oil automatically. You must mix two-stroke oil directly into every tank of fuel at your engine's specified ratio. Running an eliminated engine on straight gasoline will seize it. Confirm your case uses the Dio and Elite style oil pump opening before ordering, since clone engines vary.
