The Polini Performance Variator Kit is widely considered the gold standard for Honda Ruckus and Metropolitan transmission tuning. Engineered and manufactured in Italy, this kit redefines your scooter's power band by optimizing shift points to deliver aggressive take-offs and a higher top-end speed.

By allowing the drive belt to travel further across the pulley face, the Polini variator effectively "widens" your gear ratio. This results in better low-end torque for hill climbing and lower engine RPMs at cruising speeds, extending the life of your motor while saving fuel.

• Note: Does NOT fit 2013–Present Fuel-Injected Metropolitan (NCH50).

Tech Tip: For maximum performance on the Honda Ruckus, we highly recommend pairing this kit with the NCY Unlimited CDI to bypass the factory rev-limiter and reach speeds over 45 MPH.
