Manuals / Install Instructions

1. Preparation: Warm the tire in the sun or with a heat gun to make the rubber more pliable.

2. Removal: Deflate the old tire and use heavy-duty tire levers to pry it off the rim.

3. Cleaning: Clean the rim edge and check the valve stem for leaks.

4. Installation: Apply rim lubricant or soapy water to the beads. Press one side onto the rim, then use levers to work the second side on.

5. Seating: Use a high-pressure air source (compressor) to "pop" the beads into place.
