How It Works
This choke is normally open — it allows extra fuel enrichment for starting when there is no power applied. Once the engine starts, it receives electricity to heat up and close the enrichment circuit. If your scooter runs well for 2 minutes then starts smoking or fouling plugs, the choke is likely stuck open and needs replacement.
