110cc Horizontal Honda-Style Top End Kit: Cylinder & Head
Description
Restore compression and power with this complete 110cc cylinder and head assembly for the Honda-style horizontal 4-stroke engine platform. The kit includes everything needed for a full top-end rebuild — pre-assembled cylinder head, precision-honed 52mm iron cylinder, full piston assembly, and a complete gasket set. Bolt-on installation with no machining required.
Installation tip: Stagger ring gaps 120° apart and apply a light coat of 4-stroke engine oil to the cylinder walls before assembly to prevent a dry start.
